Many people prefer to sell up the house, divide the proceeds up and then rent the same property back. This avoids looking for another place to live, uprooting children to new area or school and many other similar problems. But despite their claims, they can not really help you sell the property faster enough (or to your time scales). Simply because they have to wait till they can find a buyer. To sell the property to your time scales you should consider specialist companies.
