As online marketers we are all looking the next big thing to help build our incomes; investigating new niche markets to tap into. Some think that there is some magic formula for successful affiliate marketing, this is just no so. This article highlights the 3 marketing musts for affiliate marketers.

To be successful as an affiliate marketer you need harness the power of well tried marketing methods to promote your products. By using the flowing marketing methods you can join the ranks of successful affiliate marketers

1. Keep it simple by marketing one product per landing page. By keeping it simple you can focus your visitor on one product and its benefits to them.

Use a product review to promote the features and benefits of the products as this helps the visitors understand how the product will help them. Real customer testimonials are a great way of building confidence in the products; please make sure they are real.

You can include articles on your page showing how the product helped to resolve a specific problem. In both cases be informative and not overly sales focused. The visitor needs to feel you are helping them not trying to sell them a product as this actually helps them decide to get their credit card out.

2. Offer a free report. Write a free report looking at a specific problem the product resolves and give it away free to your visitors. Place the offer in a prominent place on your website.

By emailing your visitor using an autoresponder you strengthen your relationship with the visitor by providing additional helpful information. Statistics show that on average it takes 7 points of communication before the visitor trusts you enough to spend their money

3. Be specific in your marketing. Target your visitor so you get well motivated and interested visitors as these are the ones who will spend money.

You can use Pay Per Click advertising using very focused key word phrases. While this is very effective this costs money. Use article marketing through e-zines and directories.

Write 2 or 3 articles a week, they need to be at least 300 words long, and posting them you can generate a 100 targeted visitors to your site a day. The average conversion rate is 1% so that works out to 1 sale a day. Even at only $10 profit a sale that's $300 a month.

To do the above is not hard and you can do them with little or no investment apart from your time. Nothing is stopping you starting today.

Use these to promote several products and you will be soon seeing nice sized pay checks dropping through your door.
